I am a Christian.
I know many of you will find it hard to understand why I reason the way I do.
The reason is because I try to open my heart to knowledge and truth.
One of the things knowing God deeply will do for you is that you’ll begin to see human beings the way God sees them.
God loves Muslims the way He loves Christians.
He loves the Chinese just like He loves Indians.
So thinking that God loves only Muslims or Christians is tantamount to serving a God you don’t know .
God is love.
It is with this mentality that I have calmed down to see that the people who tell you Islam is the problem of the world are actually the ones creating the problems.
The people who use islamophobia to play politics are actually the ones sponsoring all the evil acts you see .
Don’t be deceived.
How come the so-called Islamic terrorists who keel people in Nigeria keel Muslims too, mosques and kidnap Muslims too?
How come all they want is oil, gold , and our resources?
How come they’re not setting up mosques and getting people to convert but keep collecting ransom in billions?
My people open your heads.
Do you think I am the one giving them weapons that are even more sophisticated than those of our military?
Open your eyes o.
And then they come and tell you “Christian genocide”, just to divide the country, confuse us and make us fight among ourselves.
So that we wouldn’t know they’re the ones sponsoring the issues and tagging them “Islamic jihadists”.
There is nothing religious about the terrorism in Nigeria and some other places.
It’s purely economic and political.
So Islam is not the problem of Nigeria or the world.
Focus on the people telling you that Islam is the problem.
At one time they were saying “Iran must become a democratic and liberal nation. Religion is the reason the country is not developing. We must set them free from religion.”
And we in Nigeria who have been programmed to think that whatever they say is good believed that Islam is a problem.
Some of us began supporting them to destroy Iran’s system of religion.
Meanwhile we’re the ones who are actually religious and our religious sentiments have kept us down.
This might sound uncomfortable, but it needs to be said.
A country like Iran — deeply religious, openly guided by Islamic leadership — is investing heavily in science, technology, and research.
Meanwhile, many of us in Nigeria still argue that science is “against God.”
Let’s talk facts.
• Iran has one of the FASTEST scientific growth rates in the world — over 25% annual growth in research output, ranked No.1 globally for years.
• Their scientific production grew over 600% between 2002–2012.
• Iran is among the top countries in nanotechnology, ranking top 5 globally in research output.
• They’ve built over 140+ nanotech companies producing real industrial products.
• They are advancing in:
– Aerospace engineering
– Pharmaceuticals
– Nuclear science
– Robotics & engineering
Despite sanctions… despite isolation… despite being called “third world.”
Let that sink in.
Now compare that to us.
During COVID:
• Some Nigerians said 5G is the Antichrist.
• Some refused vaccines because “it’s against God”.
• Some said technology is “end time deception”.
Meanwhile, science clearly shows that 5G has nothing to do with spreading viruses — those were global conspiracy theories, not facts.
Even in Iran — a religious society — scientists were researching vaccines, medicine, and public health.
In Nigeria people still say “Education is Haram”.
And instead of sending children to learn skills and modern schooling, they send them to religious school to learn religion.
Afterwords they become unable to feed themselves and turn to crime.
So let’s ask ourselves honestly:
Who is actually misunderstanding God?
Because history shows something different.
From the Islamic Golden Age to today, religion and science have coexisted.
Iran is proving that again.
Being religious is NOT the problem.
Rejecting knowledge is.
This current global tension and war should wake us up.
No country survives today on prayer alone.
You need:
• Engineers
• Scientists
• Innovators
• Researchers
Faith without knowledge builds nothing.
If a sanctioned country like Iran can:
• Build advanced tech
• Compete globally in science
• Produce its own solutions
Then what excuse do we have?
Nigeria is not lacking prayer.
Nigeria is lacking application of knowledge.
And until we fix that mindset, we will keep importing what others invent.
God is not afraid of science.
Science is simply the discovery of how God’s world works.
The real danger is ignorance disguised as spirituality.
Islam is not the problem.
Religion is not the problem
Think about it.
