Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

To the Muslims of the world and the governments of Islamic countries,

1. Iran was subjected to a deceptive attack by the American-Zionist alliance while negotiations were still ongoing. The aim of this attack was to destabilize Iran. They martyred great leaders of the Islamic Revolution, along with many civilians and military commanders. As a result, they faced a strong national and Islamic resistance from the Iranian people.

2. You are aware that—except in a few limited cases, and only at the political level—no Islamic government came forward to support Iran. Despite this, the Iranian people, with firm determination, suppressed the dangerous enemy to such an extent that today the enemy does not know how to overcome this strategic setback.

3. Iran will continue on the path of resistance against the “greater and lesser Satans” (America and Israel). But is the behavior of Islamic governments not contrary to the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): “If you do not respond to the call of a Muslim, you are not a Muslim”? What kind of Islam is this?

4. Some countries have even stated that because Iran targeted American bases and the interests of the U.S. and Israel within their territories, Iran has become their enemy. Should Iran remain silent when attacks are launched against it from American bases located in your countries? These are merely excuses. In today’s conflict, on one side are America and Israel; on the other side is Muslim Iran and the forces of resistance. Which side are you on?

5. Think about the future of the Islamic world. You know well that America will not remain loyal to you, and Israel is your adversary. Take time to reflect on yourselves and the future of this region. Iran seeks your well-being and has no intention of dominating you.

6. The unity of the Islamic Ummah, with its full strength, can guarantee security, progress, and independence for all countries.
