Seoul is dispatching a special envoy to Tehran after dozens of South Korean ships have been stranded in Hormuz for weeks.

His commentary compared the current situation to historical massacres of Jewish people.
This is a sitting president of a major U.S. ally, a country that hosts 28,000 American troops, publicly equating Israeli military conduct with the worst atrocities in Jewish history.
It would have been unthinkable six months ago.
